Perry Center Professor Speaks on "The Emerging Threats from Illicit Networks in the Americas" at a Virtual Seminar in Argentina

On September 15, Professor Celina Realuyo spoke on "The Emerging Threats from Illicit Networks in the Americas" in a virtual seminar for 100 participants at the Institute for Political Training and Public Management of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her lecture included topics such as the impact of the pandemic on criminal networks, the evolution of drug trafficking, the expansion of drug trafficking and consumption in Argentina, and possible policies to combat transnational organized crime and corruption in the region.
