  • The Hemispheric Forum is a unique Perry Center vehicle that takes advantage of the abundance of subject-matter experts and the community of interest in Western Hemisphere affairs. The format of each program is usually a panel discussion centered on a timely and important topic, with experts representing government, think tanks, and academia. For more information about our Hemispheric Forums, please visit the Hemispheric Forum page.

  • As part of our ever-expanding offering of educational programs, we decided to launch an online resource, titled Perry Center Dialogues. In this series of conversations, Perry Center faculty members and other experts discuss theoretical concepts, current events, and trends relevant to the analysis of security and defense in the Western Hemisphere. In each recorded session we invite members of the faculty (composed of former high-ranking military and government officials and renowned academics from diverse parts of Latin America and the United States) and other distinguished experts to share their unique perspectives on various topics. The opinions expressed in the Dialogues belong solely to the discussants, and do not necessarily represent the views of the Perry Center, the National Defense University, or the US Department of Defense.

  • Every year, the Perry Center recognizes individuals who and organizations that have made significant and sustained contributions advancing mutually supportive approaches to security, fostering transparent and capable defense and security governance institutions, and strengthening institutional capacity in the Americas.

  • A collection of videos produced by (or involving) the Perry Center, including notable graduations, one-off presentations, and other events.
